Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, remember your preferences, and provide information to site operators. Similar technologies include local storage and session tokens stored in your browser.

Hopway uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and ensure the Service works correctly. We also use a limited advertising measurement pixel (see below) so we can measure and improve our own ads on platforms such as TikTok. We do not sell cookie data to data brokers.

Essential cookies. These are necessary for the Service to function and cannot be disabled. They include:

• Authentication tokens. Used to keep you signed in to your account across sessions. Without these you would need to log in on every page load.
• Security tokens. Used to protect against cross-site request forgery and other common web attacks.

Product analytics (no cookies). We use a privacy-friendly analytics provider to understand how the Service is used — which features are popular, where errors occur, and how performance can be improved. It runs in cookieless mode: it does not store any cookies or other identifiers in your browser, and the visitor identifier it uses is derived server-side and is not personally identifying.

Advertising measurement. When you visit the marketing website, we may load TikTok's browser pixel so we can measure visits and key actions (for example, tapping an app store download button) after someone sees our TikTok ads. That pixel may set cookies or similar identifiers controlled by TikTok and used for ad delivery, measurement, and optimisation under TikTok's policies.

Some third-party services integrated into Hopway may set their own cookies:

• TikTok Pixel. Used for advertising measurement on the marketing site. See TikTok's privacy and cookie documentation for how TikTok processes this data.
• Maps and places. When you perform a location search, requests are made to a third-party maps and places provider, which may set cookies as part of that interaction under its own cookie policy.
• Apple / Google Sign-In. If you choose to authenticate via Apple or Google, those services may set session cookies as part of the sign-in flow.

We do not control third-party cookies and recommend reviewing the privacy and cookie policies of those services directly.

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. The main browsers provide the following guides:

• Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
• Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
• Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Cookies and site data

Please note that disabling essential cookies will prevent the Service from functioning correctly. You will need to sign in again each session if authentication cookies are blocked.

We may update this Cookie Policy when we add new features or third-party integrations. The current version will always be available at this page. Material changes will be communicated in line with our Privacy Policy.
