Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Hopway application and website (the “Service”), operated by Hopway (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Hopway is a travel planning application that parses forwarded booking confirmation emails and other travel documents to build a unified timeline of your trips. The Service surfaces flight status, accommodation check-in details, and other travel-related information in a single view.

Flight and travel data displayed in the app is sourced from third-party providers. While we take reasonable steps to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that schedules, status updates, or other information are complete, current, or error-free. Always verify critical travel information directly with your airline or service provider before travel.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it if it changes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service.
• Transmit malware, spam, or any harmful or disruptive content.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
• Use the Service in a way that could damage, overburden, or impair it.

Hopway Plus is a paid subscription tier that unlocks additional features as described on the Hopway Plus page. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. Prices are displayed at checkout and may change on reasonable notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time unless required by applicable law. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to the respective platform's billing and refund policies.

All content, software, trademarks, and designs forming part of the Service are owned by or licensed to Hopway. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property except as strictly necessary to use the Service for its intended purpose.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, such as forwarded booking emails. By submitting content you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hopway will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed flights, booking errors, or data loss. Our total aggregate liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe you have violated these terms or applicable law. You may delete your account at any time from within the app. Upon termination your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
